This memorial website was created to remember our dearest christopher suter-thomas proctor who was born in Louisville Kentucky on December 29, 1981 and passed away on May 13, 1998 at the age of 16. You will live forever in our memories and hearts.
Christopher was born with severe brain damage and as a result lived 16 years with cerebral palsy and mental retardation. He had the mental capacity of a 0-3 month old baby. He could not do anything but smile, laugh and love and even through all his trials he never gave up the fight until the very end. When it was time for him to go he turned and smiled at me and his daddy Erik and then he left us. Christopher had 2 baby sisters named Angela and Kimberlee and on May 2, 2007 he sent kimberlee a beautiful baby girl who looks just like her uncle Chris. Without ever saying a word he taught all of us what determination is and he taught us all to love everyone not only for what they can do but also for what they cannot do. Anyone who ever met our angel walked away loving him, they just could not forget him

Hair so brown, eyes so blue, just a question "why so soon??
He was only a little boy we never seen him disappoint anyone.
We tried to talk, tried to cry, there's just nothing that will bring
him back "why" is that???
Did you need a little boy or just a little angel??
Did he do everything he was put on earth to do??
Just asking I can’t understand "why" so soon???
I was only 13 years old and my sister was only 14 years old
"Why" him, he was our big brother, did he do the right thing
or did mess up. Just asking "why??
He was such a sweet and kind person to all he knew even
people who did not like him...
He might have not walked, talked played with other kids much
but that was our big brother he was still a little boy... "WHY"
